Accepting an Invite to View Your Data (Patient Access)

Published:

1) Invitation

You can get access to your data with Darena Health by requesting access from your provider to send you and invitation and creating an account on MeldRx.

If at any point in the process you experience any errors, please submit that as a ticket at https://support.darena.health/

The reason the provider isn’t named is actually to protect your privacy. The fact that you are a patient at a specific healthcare provider is considered Protected Health Information (PHI). To ensure your data remains secure, the system doesn’t include the healthcare provider’s name in an unencrypted notification email.
If you are expecting an invite to view your medical records, we recommend reaching out directly to your doctor or healthcare provider’s office. They can confirm if they sent an invitation through our platform.

If you already have an account, you can sign in and go to Step 5. Otherwise you will have to register an account to view your data.

6) Patient Dashboard

You now have access to your data using Darena Health. You can view your documents and other data as FHIR resources.
If there is information you expect to see in your record that is missing, please contact your provider and let them know.

This login/account will be used in SMART of FHIR apps that access your data, such as Apple Health/Samsung Health/etc.
