Sending a Patient Invitation for g(10) Access
Sending the invite
At Darena Health a patient can get access to their data for g(10) compliance by receiving an invitation from their provider and registering an account on MeldRx.
You can send out an invitation from the Patients page. Click the Actions dropdown and select Send Invitation, you will need to provide an email address if there isn’t one saved to the patient resource.
Invitations expire in 7 days, you will need to resend the invitation if it expires.
Invitation Email Template
You can change the contents of the email that is sent out to the patient for an invitation to view their data. You can change this in the General page in the Settings tab.
The default template is as shown:
Invite preview
Preview of the invitation as received by the patient.
Invitation status
You can see when a patient has successfully connected to their data with the invitation status.
Once complete, the status will show up as Accepted
