Adding Team Members/Workspace Users

There are two types of member invites that can be performed in MeldRx:

  • Team Member Invite
  • Workspace User Invite

Team Member
A team member invite will allow invited members to access an entire developer organization, including all Workspaces and Apps that belong to that organization. Currently only one unique email can be tied to a single developer account.

How to invite a Team Member?
You will need to access MeldRx from a developer account that is also an administrator of the developer organization. Once logged in, on the left-hand side menu, select “Settings” > “Team Members” then you will have the ability to invite a team member by adding their name and email into the box. Workspace User
A workspace user invite grants invited users access only to the specific workspace they are invited to. This access includes viewing workspace-related information, such as patients and extensions (apps).

How to invite a Workspace User?
You will need to access MeldRx from an account that is set as an administrator of the workspace OR the developer organization. Once logged in, ensure the correct workspace is selected from the top-left dropdown menu. Then, navigate to “Settings” > “Users” to invite a workspace user. See the visual below for reference.
